Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

5. House Rules

No smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets may be allowed in designated pet-friendly apartments with prior approval.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay. We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
